Profanity the topic of region meeting

A good article discussing the language used by high schoolers in the state by the Charlotte Observer columnist, Langston Wertz, Jr.

Not much to say other than WE Agree  with the proposed policy.

Soccer already has a sanction of a red card (by HS rules: EJECTION) for abusive, profane, or vulgar language by players. In USSF/FIFA, it usually includes a one or two match suspension, depending on the level of play.

Included in this article is a discussion of fining schools whose players leave the bench area during on-the-field altercations.
